Core Clothing Return Policy
Shopping at Core Clothing is easy and risk free.
We will accept returns for any reason at all and happily exchange the item for another size, offer a store credit or refund* the full value of the product.
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags. We do not accept returns for underwear.
Returns are 100% free, simply email sales@coreclothing.com.au and we will contact you with a returns form & a prepaid shipping label to cover the costs of the return. Postage on exchange of an item is also free.
*Items purchased on sale can be returned after 30 days if the product is faulty or the incorrect item was received.
Shipping Fees
Standard Postage is FREE on all full priced & sale items. Express Post is available on all products for a flat fee of $10
International Shipping
Core Clothing does not ship outside of Australia
Delivery Times
Inside Australia standard post is 3-5 days and express post is 1-3 days.
Tracking
Every order from Core comes with a tracking number so you always know where your package is. When your order is posted you will recive an email notification with a tracking number.
Delivery
Australian deliveries are sent via Australia Post e parcel, all deliveries require a signature. If nobody is in attendance at your nominated delivery address your package will be taken to your nearest Austrlai Post shop for pick up
Payment Options
We accept Visa & Mastercard, direct bank deposit and Paypal. Payments are made only in Australian Dollars (AUD).
