Core Clothing Return Policy

We will accept returns for any reason at all and happily exchange the item for another size, offer a store credit or refund the full value of the product. Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags. We do not accept returns for underwear and swimwear. Shipping fees are not refundable. Full cost of item only will be refunded back into method of payment (credit card, bank account or Paypal account). Postage on exchanges is FREE. Shipping Fees

Standard Postage is FREE. Excludes Sale items which is a flat $7 fee. Express Post on all products is a flat fee of $10

International Shipping Fees

$30AUD. All international orders are sent via Registered Post

Delivery Times

Inside Australia standard post is 3-5 days and express post is 1-3 days. Outside of Australia is 10-30 days.

Tracking

Every order from Core comes with a tracking number so you always know where your package is. When your order is posted you will recive an email notification with a tracking number.

Delivery

Australian deliveries are sent via Australia Post e parcel, all deliveries require a signature. If nobody is in attendance at your nominated delivery address your package will be taken to your nearest Austrlai Post shop for pick up
